Privacy notice.
Who collects what, why, and for how long. Digital Collab Media, Texas, operates the Walk pages and this onboarding site.
If you are an agent using this site
- We collect what you enter: your name, brokerage, licence number, mobile, email, markets, a headshot, your answers about photograph rights, the listing details, the photographs you upload, and your order.
- If you record your voice, we store the consent clip and the sample and use them only to create a voice for your own listings. The voice is never used for anyone else and never used to train anything shared.
- Progress is remembered in your browser so you can come back to an unfinished onboarding. Files go to a private store; nothing is public.
- We keep your material while you are a client and for twelve months after, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
If you are a visitor to a Walk
- The door asks for a name, sometimes a way to reach you, and an invitation code. We record the name you give, the time, your IP address and its approximate location, your device and browser, the rooms you viewed and how long, and whether you tapped the agent's number. This is shown to the listing agent so they can follow up.
- The page also records whether you accepted the demonstration terms, when, and which version.
- We keep visitor records for the life of the listing plus twelve months.
Who sees it
The listing agent (for their own listing), the studio, and the services that host the pages and store the files on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Text or email Alex; we answer the same business day. An agent may withdraw consent for future use of their voice or likeness at any time.
Cookies
A door cookie remembers that you entered, for thirty days on the Walks and fourteen days here. Nothing else tracks you across sites.
