Terms of service.

These terms cover the Walk, the Deck and the Run, made by Digital Collab Media ("the studio") for real-estate agents ("you"). Plain language on purpose; where the plain words and a lawyer's disagree, we will fix the words.

Launch requests

Studio, Your Voice and Your Digital Host are offered free during the beta. No price is set and nothing is charged. Submitting onboarding records a request, not payment or a subscription. Availability, posting schedule, setup costs, hosting, cancellation and renewal prices are confirmed in a written offer before payment or production.

Rights and permissions

• You confirm you have the authority to market the listing and that your broker is aware of the order.
• Photographs stay the property of whoever took them. A Walk made from listing copies is a private demonstration: shown behind a door, disclosed, and excluded from search until the photographer's written licence for animation and derivative video is in hand. You are responsible for obtaining it; we will help you ask.
• You receive a perpetual licence to show the finished Walk for that listing wherever you market it. The method, the page template, the prompts and the tooling remain the studio's.
• Your voice and likeness are used only with your written consent, only for your own listings, and never to train anything shared. You may withdraw consent for future work at any time.

What we do not do

We do not add, remove, enlarge or alter anything on the property. Virtual staging, when ordered, is labelled on the picture. We use only the facts in the listing and the material you give us. The host never characterises schools, neighbourhoods or neighbours.

Changes, refunds, cancellation

One consolidated correction round per Walk within nine days: factual fixes, captions, pronunciation and minor timing changes. Replacement photos, new scripts, new scenes or a different creative direction are quoted separately before work. Studio errors are not charged as creative changes.

Refunds, cancellation, hosting and any remaining posting obligations must be agreed in the written launch offer before payment. No automatic renewal is created by this page.

The door and the log

Walks are shown by invitation. Visitors' names, contact details, entry times and what they looked at are recorded for you and shown to you. You agree to use that information for the sale of that listing and in line with the law that applies to you.

Liability

Facts come from the MLS and from you and are not independently verified. The studio is not the agent of record and makes no statement on behalf of a seller or broker. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the order in question. Equal Housing Opportunity.
